Due to the lack of light and minimal watering during transit, your plants may appear somewhat ‘compressed’ upon delivery. We advise timely unboxing and watering to promote them regaining their natural state.
Checking for Damages: In the very unlikely event that the courier service or the box suffers any damages during transit, we kindly request that you take photographs of the damaged packaging before opening it. Once opened, inspect the contents. If you notice any signs of mishandling or if the plant does not appear to be in good condition, please photograph it as well and promptly contact us.
